Your team coach or secretary will give you details of coaching days’ and times

Autumn & Winter
Colts U11s
Will be held indoors at Pilrig School

Will be held throughout the year indoors at Pilrig School

IMPORTANT
At all times, you Should bring the following Kit
1/ Football Boots and Training shoes
2/ Football top, Shorts and socks
3/ Sweatshirt
4/ Rain jacket or Waterproof
5/ Shin guards
6/ Refreshment Bottle
It is important that players’ have regular water breaks while taking part in exercise. For this reason it is vital that every player brings a refreshment bottle in order to replace the loss of fluids. Water or diluted cordial is encouraged.

Player’s are discouraged from inviting friends along for ‘casual’ coaching sessions which are open to club members only. If a friend wishes to join contact your team coach in advance.
